Further Information

Since its inception in 2024 the company has done small-scale pilot projects that have all proved successful and valuable to the customers involved as well as enjoyable to run.

  1. GCSE English in the Garden: a group of home-educated teenagers were taught towards an English GCSE in a flexible and therapeutic setting, using the outdoors as much as possible.
  1. Introduction to the Countryside: groups of up to 15 children in Year 8 have been given a general introduction to the countryside, its pleasures, our rights and responsibilities, and how to enjoy it safely. The focus here has been children whose main lived experience is urban.
  1. Belonging Day: this is a project taking a whole year group, Year 9 for the first pilot, into an outdoor setting for a day, taking them on a countryside walk and then doing team-building activities and games with reflection points built in. The aim is to grow their confidence and skills alongside a sense of belonging to their own school group but also to the countryside and our society in a wider sense.

These are the current projects that you will be developing and selling to a wider customer base, though we are very open to developing new strands in time.
